RECRUITING
Our recruiting policy is simple. We don't. We don't broadcast to find new members and we're not interested in the person spamming in Atlas Park that they are "looking for SG". Everyone in the supergroup is a friend of someone who was already in the SG. Our basic requirement for entry to the SG is that someone already in the SG has to know them and have played with them a lot.
What this means, is that there are no jerks in the SG. (At least not as I write this. ) So, even if you don't know everyone in the SG, they are a friend of someone that you DO know.

RANKS AND PROMOTIONS
The supergroup ranks are, from lowest to highest: Honoree, Revered, Faithful, Esteemed, Exalted. Or, instead of memorizing the names, you can just check the rank based on the size of the symbol next to the persons name on the SG listing. Everyone starts at the lowest rank. There are no fixed standards for promotions. Anyone who has been in the SG a while, is active, and has brought in a modest amount of prestige, can expect to be promoted to Revered. Promotions beyond that are entirely at the discretion of the leaders.

PLAYING IN SUPERGROUP MODE
The policy here is also very simple. For anyone who is unaware, at levels 1 thru 24, you can earn full influence for yourself and full prestige for the supergroup by playing in supergroup mode. After level 25, you start to earn less influence while in SG mode. Previously, your influence earnings would eventually drop to zero. However, this was changed so now you always earn at least 50% of normal influence.
So, since it costs the player nothing, we would expect everyone to play in SG mode thru level 24. After that, we expect you to use your own judgement and, if you never play in SG mode again, that's fine. Do keep in mind, however, that we can always find something new to get for the base. New equipment and decorative items are being added all the time. If you stay in SG mode and don't have enough influence for your next set of SO's, ask a leader. If you're helping the SG with prestige, we'll help you with influence.

HONOR GLOBAL CHANNEL
In order to allow better communication when people are in an alt SG, a coalition SG, an unrelated SG, playing villains, etc; we have our own global channel. The channel name is Honor and it is a private channel so you must be invited onto it. Anyone who is in one of our SGs can be on the channel. Keep in mind that, each player is limited to TEN global channels.

Also keep in mind, when you join our channel, it is NOT automatically added to the chat windows of your other characters. You need to add it yourself. In the Menu Options, there are buttons to save and load default chat settings. Once you add the channel on one character, you should save that chat setting as the default. Then you can load those settings onto other characters. Also, any NEW characters you create will use the default settings.
You can also use the /chatsave and /chatload commands by typing them in the chat line. Alternatively, you can get a bit more sophisticated and use /chatsavefile and /chatloadfile which allows multiple chat configurations.

OFFICIAL COSTUME
The official costume is completely optional. If you think having a bunch of heroes in matching outfits looks cool, then this is for you. If you think it makes them look like a lounge band, then stay away. Of course, the more of us that wear it, the cooler we will look as a group.
Full details and screenshots of the official costume are

BASE STORAGE ITEMS
We have storage in the base for Enhancements, Inspirations and Salvage. All ranks can put items into storage. The four highest ranks can take things out. No one has to put anything into the base storage if they don't want to.
  • Enhancements - We have nine Enhancement Tables. Five are together and each contains a different origin. The tables are arranged alphabetically by origin, left to right (Magic, Mutation, Natural, Science, Technology). The others (in a group of four) have one for mixed origin overflow and the other three are for Invention Origins.
If you see anything you can use, feel free to take it. Enhancements are not to be taken to be sold for influence.
  • Inspirations - We have five Inspiration Bins. Take what you need.
Note: If you see 'Ambrosia' in there, the ONLY time that is ever useful is during the Eden Trial. Also, 'Essence of the Earth' is only useful when fighting the Hamidon.
  • Salvage - We have three Salvage Racks. The one off by itself is for special items, mainly the 4 Halloween costume salvage items. Now that base salvage is gone, the other two are just for invention salvage. If you need a rare salvage item to craft an invention enhancement, check to see if there are any lying around.
  • Personal Vault - The big round thing on the wall in the workshop is the 'Personal Vault Access'. This is the same storage space you can access at the various 'Vault Reserve' locations (in Pocket D, for example). This is simply another way to access your personal storage and no one else can get in there.

EMPOWERMENT STATIONS
We have two Empowerment Stations - one tech, one arcane. Both are 'second tier'.
You can use invention salvage to give yourself temporary (1 hour) buffs. Basically, most of the buffs are pretty pathetic. However, the one for Knockback Resistance is quite good for anyone without that defense.
